Can I cancel my order?
Once an online order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We send all new orders to our warehouse to be packed for shipping as soon as possible.
Can I make changes to my order?
After you place an order it can’t be modified. This includes canceling the order, adding or removing items, changing the credit card used for payment, or changing the delivery address.
What if I receive a defective unit?
If you find that the product is defective out-of-the-box, please contact our Customer Service email (below) to troubleshoot the problem. If covered under the warranty, we will arrange to replace or repair the product.
XMT Labs, Inc. (XMT) warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original ship date. Warranty begins from the date of shipment from a XMT facility or 3rd party warehouse. During this period, XMT will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at XMT’s option. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser.
Products that customer claims to be defective must be available to XMT for inspection and evaluation. All shipping costs both to and from XMT must be paid by the customer. All returns must be affected via the Procedures for Obtaining Warranty Service described below. Following XMT’s receipt of any such customer notice and defective product, XMT will determine whether the reported problem is covered by this Warranty. If XMT determines that the problem is covered, XMT will authorize repair or replacement of the defective product, as deemed appropriate by XMT in its sole discretion.
Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the original transaction through which the warranted product was purchased. The order number serves as your warranty number and must be retained. XMT will offer no warranty service without this number.
All original parts replaced by XMT, or its authorized service center, become the property of XMT. Any aftermarket additions or modifications will not be warranted.
XMT is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. Under no circumstances shall XMT be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product.
The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

Procedures for Obtaining Warranty Service
If repairs are required, the customer must obtain a RMA (Returning Merchandise Authorization) number from XMT and provide proof of purchase (i.e. original order number and/or bill of sale). RMA and services are rendered by XMT, or its authorized service center. Any shipping costs on any item returned for repair or replacement is the customers’ responsibility. All returned parts must have a RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package along with a letter detailing the problems and a copy of the original proof of purchase. No COD packages will be accepted. No package will be accepted without a RMA number written on the outside of the package. Following receipt of defective product, XMT will determine whether the reported problem is covered by this Warranty. If XMT determines that the problem is covered, XMT will authorize repair or replacement of the defective product, as deemed appropriate by XMT in its sole discretion.
