Gecko Switch returns and cancellations policy


Can I cancel my order?

Once an online order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We send all new orders to our warehouse to be packed for shipping as soon as possible.

Can I make changes to my order?

After you place an order it can’t be modified. This includes canceling the order, adding or removing items, changing the credit card used for payment, or changing the delivery address.

How to replace a defect unit while receiving?

Once you find any defect while receiving, please contact us within 3 days so we can arrange replacement or repairment for you.

Shipping & availability FAQs


When will my order ship?

In the US, we use DHL Express and they should deliver your order in 3 days.

In South America, we use DHL Express and they should deliver your order in 3~5 days.

When possible, we will ship your entire order in one shipment. If part of your order isn't available for immediate shipment, you will receive a shipment notice for the entire order when the first part of your order ships. If you don't receive your entire order, the remaining products will ship as soon as they are available. When they do, you'll receive a second shipment notice with a different tracking number.
